About me
I'm an end-to-end designer focused on understanding the psychology behind user behaviour. My approach is based on my ability to perceive people. Therefore, I'm very successful in designing UX/ CX solutions, providing meaningful experiences throughout the whole customer journey.
Throughout my career, I've created a variety of UX solutions and experiences for diverse brands in different sectors such as e-commerce, banking, communication technology, sports, media, and nonprofit industries. My skill set includes project management, technology, and user-centred design principles, which help me to manage projects, meet client expectations and deliver functional and user-friendly results.
Recently, I’m based in Brussels (BE).

All these projects were based on my own user research, ideating with the team & the client, moving through Figma wireframes and prototypes until the final design and implementation.
