Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi. It offers premium travel experiences with a strong focus on service, innovation, and sustainability. Operating a global network, Etihad connects major cities across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
CHALLENGE
Supporting Etihad in their digital rebranding by implementing a new content strategy aimed at modernising their online communication and enhancing user engagement. We developed over 30 unique UX layout pages for the new Etihad website, designed to provide passengers with all the essential information in a clear and user-friendly way.
This was the result of close collaboration with UX and content strategists, as our wireframes were used directly throughout all phases of Etihad’s internal approval process. The airline maintains strict guidelines on how information must be presented, including precise wording and component usage. After months of iteration and over 100 layout versions, the final website was successfully launched in March 2025.
